- store or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
- collect or use personal information without the notice or consent the law requires;
- record audio or video of people without the consent the law requires. Illinois and some other states require everyone in a private conversation to agree before it is recorded;

Keep data appropriate
- Do not enter real customer information or other real personal information into the demo.
- Do not upload payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, health information or biometric information into notes, photos, forms or other fields. FieldSummit is not designed to hold them.
- Do not use photos, video or voice features to identify people by their face, voice or other physical features.
Use AI features responsibly
- Have a qualified person review and verify AI output before acting on it or sharing it with a customer.
- Do not present AI output to a customer as a safety determination, inspection result or guarantee.
- Do not use AI features to create content you know is false or misleading, or to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- Follow OpenAI’s usage policies, which apply to the AI features.
- Do not try to get around AI credit limits or use AI features for purposes unrelated to your business’s use of FieldSummit.
Respect the service and other customers
Do not:
- try to access another company’s account or data, or use sign-in details that are not yours;
- share your sign-in details or demo access code with others;
- probe, scan or test the security of FieldSummit without our written permission;
- get around access controls, usage limits or other protections;
- upload viruses or other harmful code;
- overload the service, or scrape or copy it with automated tools other than features we provide for that purpose;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell FieldSummit, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows this despite this policy.
Reporting problems
If you find a security issue or see FieldSummit being misused, email support@fieldsummitapp.com. Please do not access more data than needed to show the problem, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit features or suspend access that we reasonably believe breaks this policy or puts FieldSummit, our customers or anyone else at risk. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under our Terms of Service.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post changes here with a new date, and tell account holders about material changes as described in our Terms of Service.
